Jining Womi Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in the intelligent manufacturing of construction machinery, including mini excavators, mini loaders, Diesel Forklifts and slipform machines. Founded in 2018 with a registered capital of 12 million RMB, the company is headquartered in Jining, Shandong, an important equipment manufacturing base in northern China.

Shipping Policy

Shipment Time: Depending on customer customization requirements, products are usually shipped within 5-10 days after production is completed.

Delivery Time: Domestic delivery usually takes 3-7 days; international delivery varies by destination and is typically completed within 60 days after shipment. In special cases, we will coordinate with customers.

Shipping Methods: Domestic delivery uses heavy equipment logistics lines; international delivery is available via sea or air freight.

Freight Terms: The shipping cost for large equipment will be determined based on the delivery location, shipping method, and contract terms.

Tracking: A tracking number or notification will be provided after shipment, allowing customers to monitor delivery progress with the logistics company.

Note: In special cases (such as force majeure, production adjustments, or transportation restrictions), we will coordinate with customers to agree on a revised shipping schedule.

Return & Exchange Policy

Scope: Applicable to accessories.

Conditions: Items must remain undamaged and within the warranty period or agreed contract timeframe.

Exclusions: Customized equipment and used or installed machinery that cannot be resold.

Procedure: Contact customer service → Submit application → Engineer confirmation → Arrange return, exchange, or warranty service.
